How do small charities perceived demand for their services?

Between 2013/14 and 2018/19, over 50% of small charities consistently reported an increase in demand for services.
In this time, there has been some fluctuation in the proportion of small charities reporting greater increases or no change in demand; with a move in the last three years towards greater stability.

We define a small charity as a voluntary or community organisation with an annual income of less than £1m.
